What is the definition of a
first time home buyer?

How do I qualify for the Homebuyer
Empowerment program rebate program?
Our home-buyer Empowerment Program is available to any homebuyer
using our FREE services in the purchase of their home. The
rebate is paid in cash to the home buyer at closing.
Is it legal for a Realtor to
give rebates or any other inducements?
Yes. Your agent receives commission from the Seller of the
home and it’s the Realtors prerogative to offer a rebate
to their buyers.
Why do your agents offer this
commission rebate?
We believe that a few thousand dollars can go along way in
assisting our loyal buyers. They can choose to use this rebate
cash to buy down their interest rates and hence lowering their
payments and creating big saving during the life of their
mortgage. Our buyers are so thrilled about this project that
combined with the superior service they receive from us, usually
tell their friends about our service and rebate program giving
us access to a large client base with very little if any advertising
cost.
Does the Federal government
encourage giving incitements to buyers through rebates?
Yes. See the government’s opinion about real estate
purchase rebate programs here:

Tax Credit website.
